Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. Although the greatest care is taken to ensure that the brochure and website description are accurate, colour and product details can not be guaranteed and may be subject to change without prior notice. Whilst we aim to ensure a good colour match on our printed products, on screen imagery may vary to the reality and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Title of the goods: The ownership of the goods does not pass on to the customer until the invoice has been fully paid.

Subject to the right of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability of products before ordering.

Claims: Our customer care department must be notified of short deliveries / damaged goods / faulty goods within 2 working days of receipt of goods. A signature made against a delivery is confirmation that the customer has received the goods as stated on the invoice. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. Please do not sign for the delivery of goods unless you have carefully examined them for damage or missing packages. Customers are advised to retain all packaging until the product has been examined. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.

In the event that Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd, at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s prior written agreement within 7 days of delivery. The goods must be carefully repackaged and in perfect re-saleable condition. All goods returned in these circumstances will be subject to a handling fee of 15% of Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s sale price for the goods or £10, whichever is the greater amount.

Subject to testing to verify any defect, we will accept the return of defective item for full refund or replacement at our option, if, but only if, the goods are returned within 7 days of delivery.

(a) Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s Customer Service staff, as appropriate, will advise you of which method of delivery to use to return the products. Depending on the nature of the product purchased, we will either arrange a courier collection, or request that you return the product directly to us at Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd, PO Box 3269, Stoke on Trent, ST4 9HW. If the goods are found on inspection to be defective, the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.

(b) All returned goods must be accompanied by Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s Returns Authorisation number (‘RA Number’) which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support on 07783796416 or emailing info@emilycampbell.co.uk. Any defacement of the manufacturer’s packaging or damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in the rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s sole discretion.

(c) When returning goods Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.

(d) Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.

(e) On receipt of the returned product, we will examine it to identify the fault you have notified to us.

(f) If following the examination process, the product is found to be in good order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. Please note that if you have, in the meantime, required us to provide you with a replacement product before completion of the testing process, you will have to pay for this product also.

Special Rules

Clearance Bargains

Goods sold as ‘Special Offers’ may be downgraded goods that Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd is able to offer at a discount on the normal quoted price. Stocks of goods offered as Special Offers are limited and such goods are sold subject to the following special rules. These special rules apply in addition to, and in the event of any conflict override, all of Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s other terms and conditions.

Special Offers are graded according to the condition of the goods, which is described at the point of sale.

Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd makes every effort to ensure that Special Offers are sold on a ‘first come, first served basis’. However, the customer accepts that the goods may for some reason become unavailable at any time prior to delivery, in which case Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd reserves the right to rescind the contract. In the event of the cancellation of the sale in these circumstances, Blue Butterfly Flooring Ltd’s liability is limited to the return of the purchase price paid by the customer.

(a) Products are non-returnable unless we have made an error or the goods are faulty;

(b) quoted prices are valid for 14 days only, and

(c) quoted prices are not subject to value, cash or volume discounts.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 5 working days. At times delivery may be longer.

However if you need your order urgently please let us know and make sure that we have received your order. Contact us using email or telephone

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you, and send it to you when in stock (normally 2 to 3 weeks ). It is always a good idea to contact our office after about 10 days to get up to date information regarding the back orders.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Remittance Terms Private individuals and establishments: please make payment with your first order. We accept cheque, credit / debt card or BACS payments.
Schools, hospitals and local authorities: please include an official purchase order number.

Law The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and by entering into a contract with us you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
